VersiPave® are a proven high strength paver supports which eliminates the need for the use of a sand or cement blinding when laying pavers on deck / podium areas, resulting in the reduced weight- bearing loads on the building structures while giving quick access and protection to the waterproofing membrane below.
Uniform internal / external walkout levels can now be achieve while still meeting the current building code requirements of 100 -150mm+ step out (*to waterproofing systems) using VersiPave or VersiJack paver supports.
The VersiPavers are made from 100% recycled plastics making them environmentally friendly by taking unfriendly products out of our landfills and putting them to good use.
A typical podium / deck area with uniform spacing between the pavers is created by the unique formed spacer which is part of the VersiPave system allowing quick surface water runoff meaning quicker dryer walkout areas.
The void created between the substrate and the pavers by the VersiPave system also improves the thermal insulation and reduces the effects of structural-borne noise to the building.
With VersiPavers they save time and money by being one of the only support systems that can be broken in half or quarter sections for edge / corner detailing meaning there is little waste while still giving individual height adjustment.
