Draw Terms & Conditions
By entering the draw, the entrant agrees to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of the draw as set out by Felton.
In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct, results and other matters relating to the draw, the decision of Felton shall be final and no correspondence of discussion shall be entered into.
To qualify to enter this draw, you must be a New Zealand resident, and a working professional architect or interior designer.
Prize products may differ slightly from literature and illustrations as Felton reserves the right to incorporate product improvements without prior notice.
The draw does not include the installation of the prize products. Installation of the prize products is the responsibility of the winner, to be arranged by the winner, at the winner’s own cost.
All the prizes will be freighted together to a single New Zealand address as specified by the winner. Any further freight costs additional to that will be borne by the winner.
Employees of Felton or ProductSpec.net or any company involved in the draw or any such persons subsidiary or associated companies, agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to enter the draw.
Felton reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
By entering the draw, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
Felton reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
Only one entry per person will qualify for the draw.
All entries must be received by the closing date as stated on the draw.
The prize winner’s photo and details may be used for publicity purposes in all media by Felton and the entrants agree that they will make themselves available for this purpose.
The winners will be contacted by email and/or phone. Felton will make reasonable attempts to contact the winners but if they are unable to be contacted within 7 days of the closing date, then Felton may draw another winner.
The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers.
