The Buteline Plumbing System is designed for hot & cold water reticulation using Polybutene-1 (PB) pipe, the system utilises the proven and efficient Buteline patented clamp fitting design, and offers superior installation benefits and long term durability. Buteline has been installed in both residential and multi level dwellings for 25 years and has a proven performance record; it is a true time-proven product.

Buteline is committed to producing all system components to consistently high engineering standards and tolerances. Complete in-house test equipment gives both quality assurance and quality control of production. All materials used are easily recyclable thus making it a particularly environmentally friendly system. The Buteline Plumbing System is manufactured to conform to the majority of international standards, but specifically complies to the following:-

The Buteline Plumbing System also complies with B2/AS1 for 50 years Durability and G12/AS1 for Hot and Cold Water Reticulation as “Acceptable Solutions” of the Approved Documents of the New Zealand Building Code and have the Department of Building and Housing “Code mark” Accreditation Certificate #94/005A which means the Buteline Plumbing System can be used in any Building in New Zealand and the Territorial Authorities (Councils) must issue a Code Compliance Certificate
