Marshall Waterproofing NZ/Aus Ltd was formed in the year 2000 by Mr Mike Wheeler and Mr Sean Lett after Mike split his importing company Marshall Trading, into two separate identities- Waterproofing and plaster compounds. We now operate under the banner of the Marshall Group of Companies.

Sean Lett is the Managing Director of Marshall Waterproofing and has been involved in the building industry for the past 10 years. Mike brings a wealth of knowledge to the company, being involved in the building industry for over 35 years.

Marshall Waterproofing imports and distributes membranes from Denver (USA) . Protecto Wrap Company from Denver Colorado have been manufacturing waterproofing membranes for over 50 years - a great testimonial in a country where you can be sued and go bankrupt over night.
